Hi, I’m Kelly, a passionate marketer with a love for connecting with people and a flair for persuasive writing. I am seeking to leverage my diverse background in language, creative arts, and communications to excel in the ever-evolving marketing realm.

Whether I’m crafting a social media strategy, designing visual content, or diving into consumer research, I’m driven by one question: How do we make people care?


My Journey

My path to marketing wasn’t a straight line—it’s been shaped by curiosity, creativity, and a genuine love for connecting with people.

I hold a Master of Marketing Communications from the University of Melbourne, where I developed a deep understanding of brand strategy, digital engagement, and consumer behavior. But my real education has come from working across both agency and in-house environments, where I’ve gotten my hands dirty with content marketing, brand communications, and digital campaigns that actually move the needle.

I recently completed research exploring how Australian banks like ANZ, NAB, and UpBank use Instagram to build authentic connections with their audiences. The project, Strategies to Enhance Consumer Engagement for Australian Banks, merges qualitative and quantitative insights to decode what drives real engagement in the digital banking space. Beyond Marketing

When I’m not strategizing campaigns or analyzing engagement metrics, you’ll find me bringing stories to life in other ways. I freelance as a voice-over artist, lending my voice to brands and narratives. I work as a makeup artist and art direction assistant, helping create visuals that captivate and inspire.

These creative pursuits aren’t just side projects—they inform how I approach marketing. They’ve taught me that great communication, whether it’s audio, visual, or written, is about authenticity, precision, and emotional resonance.
